We assure you that our shades are free from defects resulting from craftsmanship or materials for one year. It's important to note that minor warping and variations in color and grain are considered normal and do not qualify as defects. If you encounter any issues after the first year, please feel free to contact us, and we will collaborate with you to find a resolution
Roller Shade Care

To clean your vinyl roller shades, gently wipe them with a warm, soapy water solution using a clean microfiber cloth and mild dish soap. After cleaning, keep the shades lowered to allow them to air dry.
Soft Shade Care
To eliminate dust, insects, and small debris trapped within the layers of your soft shades, first lower the blinds and fully open them. Employ a blow dryer set to its cool setting to gently dislodge any obstructions from the blind. If anything is firmly stuck, softly shake the blind or employ your finger to release any trapped particles.

For tackling food stains on your soft shades, we recommend using a damp white cotton or microfiber cloth along with mild dish soap. Support the area you're cleaning with one hand and delicately blot the stain with the other hand. Repeat as necessary. Please refrain from wiping your soft shades or using abrasive cloths, sponges, or cleaning solutions.

Shutter Care

Dust your shutters with a feather duster or a microfiber cloth. Employ a handheld vacuum with a brush attachment to gently vacuum the shutters. To minimize static cling and aid in dust repellence, wipe the surfaces with dryer sheets.
Please be aware that we do not advise the use of liquid or liquid cleaners on your shutters. If you need to wipe them, use a slightly dampened cloth and ensure that you follow up by thoroughly drying the area.
